Refund, Cancellation & Return Policy

This policy applies to all payments made through TASC Medical, including the website, User App, Assistant App, and other supported platforms.

1. Ambulance Booking

User Cancellation

  • Cancellation is allowed before the ambulance is dispatched
  • A small service or convenience fee may be deducted

No-show by User

  • No refund once the ambulance reaches the user’s location

Partner Unavailability

  • Full refund will be issued if the ambulance provider cancels

2. Medicine Purchase & Delivery

Non-returnable Items

As per pharmacy and legal guidelines, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Prescription medicines
  • Opened or used items
  • Temperature-controlled products

Refunds Are Offered Only When:

  • Wrong product is delivered
  • Product is damaged during delivery
  • Pharmacy cancels the order
  • Product is unavailable

Refunds will be processed within 3–7 working days through Razorpay or the respective banking partner.

3. Medical Equipment Products

Returns are accepted within 48 hours if:

  • Product is defective
  • Wrong product is delivered
  • Item is damaged during transit

Medical equipment rentals are subject to partner-specific refund and cancellation policies.

4. Subscription Plans

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable
  • Auto-renewal may apply based on user selection
  • Cancellation prevents future billing but does not refund past payments

5. Hotel Booking

  • Refunds are governed by the respective hotel’s cancellation policy
  • TASC Medical is not responsible for hotel-specific charges or penalties

6. Service Failures

If a service partner fails to deliver:

  • Full or partial refunds may be applicable based on circumstances
  • Refunds are issued only after verification with the service partner

7. Refund Timelines

  • 2–3 business days for processing by TASC Medical
  • 5–10 business days for reflection by banks or payment gateways
